I restarted apache with "/etc/init.d/artica-postfix restart apache", but the same empty "/etc/apache2/sites-available/default-ssl" file is still there ??

On my system - and all debian systems - sites-enabled/default-ssl is a symbolic link to sites-available/default-ssl - it is designed like this because it allows simple enabling/disabling of the sites by creating/deleting the symbolic link file.

In any case - if artica tried to create a file sites-enabled/default-ssl , it obviously failed, because sites-enabled/default-ssl is still a symbolic link to (empty) sites-available/default-ssl
