1.2.072718: Change wizards

fix error connection with artica-update get artica updates sources.
fix error that artica didn't save password when set mysql password with no password (see viewtopic.php?f=10&t=346);
fix some errors assign group when creating user.
adding new feature that helps user to create aliases for root@local... and postmaster redirection.
Change the strategy of wizard, wizards is now in a single interface called "MANAGE YOUR SERVER"
/usr/share/artica-postfix/ressources/logs/web/interface.log is now automatically linked to /var/log/artica-postfix/interface.log
