(RE) This file is write, but is not full (cut after 510 lignes) ... "mailgraph.pl"
"/usr/share/artica-postfix/bin/install/rrd/mailgraph.pl" it's necessarry to have (for the moment) an old similar file ... and just after when Artica is run,
it's necessary to copy this good file "usr/share/artica-postfix/bin/install/rrd/mailgraph.pl" ....

Hum artica change the header of this file in order to determine where is the perl interpreter...
In your case, the process has been killed before save all datas in file...
BUT
I new version 1.2 you have just need to set
apt-get install mailgraph
