Artica still loading the login interface !! [CLOSED]

Hi every one ,
I'm a beginner on Artica and I have some pbs at my first steps
Let me explain , after i had installed Artica on my ubuntu server 9.10 , I tried to install the mysql server component , after installing the Mysql component I restarted my server to refresh my config.
Unfortunately after the restart, the Artica stop and still loading the register interface !!!

Any help will be welcomed.

I tried it before , I saw it in a previous msg, unfortunately the pb still persisting.

could you do this :

do a

tail -f /var/log/php.log

on a screen

refresh the main page

post piece of logs about the sequence.

retry connect trough the interface

well thx for the reply,
before trying the tail cmd i tried to access the artica, and <<hop>> the login interface was displayed , so I re-tried to reinstall the msql server and some components.After finishing the installation I closed my server, today after plugging my pc and after accessing the Artica, the Artica warn and inform me that the mysql was not insatlled or mis-configured error 111 !!
I re-cheked the other modules and I discovered that the other app was displayed as an uninstalled application !!
Could you help me plz knowing that I have not a huge free disc size!!

ps :I joined a text file which conatin a generated report of the tail -f /var/log/php.log cmd.
