I cannot install Artica.

Fixed but think that the Ubuntu 11 is a "bad" version... for server side.
There is no really benefits to use this build.
Better for "server" is to use LTS.

In your case Ubuntu 11 have bugs about installing "openscsi", "lha", "unrar" packages.
SO i have removed them from setup-ubuntu

What are impacts:

Using virtual remote iSCSI disks feature is not available.
Amavis should not able to scan and block *.rar and *.lha attached files in mails.
