Squid authenticate AD 2008 kerberos [FIXED]

Hi All,

I have some misunderstand with this topic:
I've install artica 1.6.010302 on ubuntu server 11.10 32 bit system
On artica (default install), i install samba with 2 command
- artica-make APP_SAMBA
- artica-make APP_MSKTUTIL

After that, i configure on artica web interface with
- Sharing behavior on samba share engine --- Active directory Member

- User:interaction on Proxy tab with Squid Kerberros Authentication button




Now, which steps i must do to proxy artica authenticate with 2008 AD ???

Now i setup my artica squid follow your document
But there are some problems:
- Squid still cannot authenticate ???
- When i modify by hand by paste my old configure ( smb.conf & krb5.conf) - squid can authenticate by username/pass AD
- But when i type domain\username : squid cannot authenticate ????

Please troubleshoot for me !!!

perhaps there is a misconfiguration on the krb5.conf and smb.conf on the Artica side.
Can you check it on your side ?

Could you get the latest nightly and re-apply the squid Active Directory authentication form

I have added a test tab that allow to try analyze the issue.

If there is error, put the screenshot like this :

It seems that the server is unable to resolve/communicate with the Active Directory server
Could you upgrade to the 1.6.020416
And add the IP adress of the Active Directory server.
