To enable all features, you need to install or Upgrade Spamassassin to ensure that all plugins are installed on your system.

The way is to use the Applications Setup Center or by command-line : 

/usr/share/artica-postfix/bin/artica-make APP_SPAMASSASSIN

•  Go into Applications Setup Center
• Find the row about "SpamAssassin" 
• Click on Install Or Upgrade
• Wait few minutes
