Installing DotClear
- Open Artica web interface and click on the top menu MANAGE YOUR SERVER
- Click on the menu Artica applications in order to open the Setup Control Center
- On the Setup Control Center area, click on "web/groupware softwares" tab
- Click on the button Install Or Upgrade located on the same line of DotClear web Publish row
- After few times, the status must become green and show you 100%
Set DotClear First parameters
- On the left pan, click on System/index section menu
- Click on the Services & Applications tab
- Click on DotClear web Publish icon in order to go the DotClear Artica section.
- Define on wich port the HTTP service designed for DotClear will be listen on.
- Define the uris that will be build in order to help your users accessing to the DotClear Interface.
- Click on the Edit button
- After few times, the status must be turn to green.
Create your first blog user
- With artica interfac, select one user.
- A red circle "Enable DotClear" must be display. Click on it to turn it to green and save the form by the submit button.
User Interface.
- When your user will be connected trought it's artica area, a new section "DotClear" will be displayed
- if your user click on it, 2 links will be displayed that show him access links to DotCler blog.
- The username to logon on DotClear Interface is the same has it's Artica access, your user will use the same login credential.
- If you want to access to the DotClear has Super Administrator, you just use the same Artica Super Admin login settings.
