Artica is in charge of installing and managing OBM Group web Calendar from aliasource in this case you will be able to provide a good web Calendar for your users.

This web page help you to install and start with OBM. 

Installing OBM 

• Click on MANAGER YOUR SERVER on the top menu
• Select Artica Applications icon

 

 

A new page "Applications Setup Center" is displayed.

• Select the tab "web/groupware softwares"
• Click on the button Install or Upgrade located on the "Open Business Management" row 

 

 

• Wait few minutes and click sometimes on the the tab "web/groupware softwares" if you wan to refresh the status more quickly.
• The status must be 100%

 

 

OBM, First parameters.

• Click on  "Messaging/Index section" on  the left pan 
• Select the Mailboxes tab
• You will see a new icon called "Open Business Management, click on it.

 

 

On the "Open Business Management" area, you will see a red circle waits you to define some parameters.

• Change the listen port of the dedicated lighttpd instance for OBM
• Give the name of the server that will be used in the uri provided to your users.
• Define the sync perdiod that force Artica to export your database users into OBM database in order to give access.
• Click on Edit button

 

 

After few seconds the red circle become green.

This green color allow you to open the Main management OBM system.

 

 

Select the Main settings Tab and click on "Open Business Management" icon to enter to the main web OBM page
