This feature is available with artica version 1.4.083016
If you are under this release you need to upgrade your Artica version.
If this version is not released use the How to upgrade Artica to a nightly build ?
This feature offer OCS Linux Agent support directly on the Artica system.
If you have installed an OCS Server and wants an artica server to report to OCS server do the following steps.
Install the OCSInventory unified agent for Unix
- On the top menu, click on SOFTWARES INSTALL.
- Select System Softwares tab under the Setup Application Center
- Click ob install or Upgrade under the OCSInventory unified agent for Unix
- Once installed, on the left menu, click on System/Main Parameters.
- Select Services & Applications Tab
- Click on OCSInventory unified agent for Unix icon
Fill correct values according the address of the OCS Server and the HTTP (not https) port used.
Click on Apply to restart the Agent with the correct values.
