InstanLDAPBackup: How to restore LDAP database ?

 InstanLDAPBackup is available with Artica version 1.3.072100

 

What Backup ?

  It is designed to backup automatically the LDAP database each x hour (each time the artica-update process is executed).

  • It store LDAP database in /opt/artica/ldap-backup folder.
  • Each backup live for 7 days on this area.

 

Restore LDAP database trough InstanLDAPBackup

  • On the top menu, select Manage Your server.
  • Click on "Security" on the left pan. 
  • Click on "troubleshoot" icon.

Click on Restore Trough InstantLDAPBackup icon.

A new list is displayed.

  • Select a backup container in this list 
  • Artica will ask you if you want to perform restore operation.

 

 You will see restore operations in the next screen.
