Perform LDAP database indexing
This feature is active if your artica version is up to 1.3.030300
It allow to re-index the LDAP database.
The ldap database store informations about users and products settings.
Sometimes, it needs to be re-indexed. the main behavior to need index is that you could not display organizations and groups in artica interface.
To index ldap database
- On the top menu choose "GLOBAL SETTINGS"
- Click on "Global information" tab on the main page
- Click on the "Index your ldap server" button
- A new popup is displayed
- Click on the Index Your LDAP server button
- Wait few times
 You will see on logs on the left pan if the ldap server is successfully restarted and indexed
