If you have forgot the password to access to Artica front-end :

Connect on SSH or on terminal on your system.

The password is stored into the OpenLDAP server configuration file :  

do

cat /etc/ldap/slapd.conf |grep rootpw 

or

cat /etc/openldap/slapd.conf |grep rootpw 

or

gedit /etc/ldap/slapd.conf &

or

kedit /etc/openldap/slapd.conf &
