This feature allows you to create remote backup and storage through the Internet with 2 Artica servers.

This picture illustrates what you can do with the Artica backup system.
The slave is able to send backup files on 2 storage Artica servers with defined accounts.
- The first: Artica storage Engine is a server located on a remote office and linked through Internet.
- The second is a "backup" server that receives backup files if the first server is not available.
A) Activate your Artica server as a "Storage server"
A storage server is able to receive files from slave Artica servers.
- Click on "Manage Your server" on the top menu
- Select "Security" on the left pane
- Select "Configure Your server" on the right pane

- On the incremental Backup section, select "remote Synchronization" tab
- Click on "Incremental backup" icon

- Activate the server as the Storage server by selecting "Enable Rsync server mode" (should turn green)
- Define the bandwith you want to allow for this service in "limit I/O bandwith"
- Activate the SSL mode of your server which will be used to receive backup from Internet and define the SSL port
The SSL port will be the port you will send to your Artica client that able to push backup files. - Define the default Path to store backup files.
- Click on Edit button

- Wait until the both the status icons turn green.
- You can now define account to send backup files
