To install InstantSearch, you need to use "Setup Applications Center"

• Select System Packages tab
  
• Scrolling  down to "Search Engine" section
• Install packages  by the following order :
  • Xapian search library
  • Xapian indexer
  • Xapian PHP library 
  • others converter tools if there are not installed

If the installation is successfull, 

• Click on "System" on the left menu.
• Select "Services & Applications"
• Scroll down to InstantSearch icon

• Turn to green the big circle, this will enable the short-link for your users
• Define the schedule in  minutes that the InstanSearch will crawl your storage.
• Click on Edit button to enable the feature.
• Click on crawl now button to create first databases.
