By default, users did not have access to download documents trough InstantSearch.

To do this you need to add a specific privileges into the user's group: 

Find the group you want to add the privilege and click on "Privileges" icon

• Select "Users privileges" tab and turn to green the "Can download files trough InstantSearch feature"
• Click on "Submit"
