OpenGoo is installed , you need to add a new OpenGoo web site in your Organization.

Using OpenGoo with Artica is a benefit. Artica is able to maintain  OpenGoo service by adding automatically users/contacts in the OpenGoo System.

• Go into your Organization in click on "Groupwares tab"
• Click on Add A web/groupware service.

• On the "Service Type" choose "OpenGoo groupware"
• On the web server name, give the first part of the web server name that will be serve the OpenGoo service.
• Select the desired domain you had set in your organization.
• Give the IP address of the server to listen
• In Mysql Database Admin/password , set a new Mysql account that will be used to generate the OpenGoo Service
• In Application Manager username/Password, define the OpenGoo Manager that will have full privileges in the OpenGoo Application
• Click on Add button

 

Wait few seconds for Creating the service and exporting your organization's users to the opengoo system.

You should see a warning icon near the web server name. This icon inform you that the server cannot resolv web server IP address.
You need to add the web server name in your DNS server or use the Artica DNS service.

To open the web service, click on the Arrow near the web server name.

 

 

You can add illimited OpenGoo web services if you want.
