This feature is available with Artica version 1.4.100415
If you are under this release you need to upgrade your Artica version.

It Adds an SQL based global address book to Roundcube
This feature is multi-roundcube compliance too.
- On the left menu click on Messaging / Main Parameters
- Click on Mailboxes Tab
- Select RoundCube WebMail system.
- Click on settings tab.
- Choose GLobal AddressBook icon
Turn to green the Enable RoundCube WebMail GlobalAddressBook and define your prefered settings
