This feature is available with artica version 1.4.011320
If you are under this release you need to upgrade your Artica version.
If this version is not released use the How to upgrade Artica to a nightly build ?
It allow you to add disclaimers in your outbound and/or Inbound mails using AlterMIME Open Source software.
Activate artica-filter
- Click on Messaging on the left menu.
- Select Filters (Anti-Spam, anti...) tab
- Click on Modules Activation icon
- Turn to green the Enable Artica Filter circle feature
- Click on the Edit button
Activate and set Disclaimer
- Click on Messaging on the left menu.
- Select Filters (Anti-Spam, anti...) tab
- Click on Disclaimer icon
- Turn to green the Enable Disclaimer With AlterMIME.
- Select Parameters
You can define if the disclaimer is added on each outgoing mails and/or each incoming mails by turning to green circles.
If you want to organization's manager to personalize it's own disclaimers, turn on the Can be overwritten by Organization feature
