If AlterMIME is AlterMIME and if Artica-filter is enabled, you will be able to set a disclaimer for each domain in your organization.

• Select your Organization
• Click on Manage SMTP Domains

 

If the global Administrator allow organizations to overwrite the main disclaimer you will see an icon on the disclaimer row

• Click on this icon on your SMTP domain.
• You will be able to define if the disclaimer will be added on the outgoing mails andf/or incoming mails.
• If you want users to create their own disclaimer, turn to green on the Can be overwritten by users circle.
• Click on Edit Your disclaimer in order to personalize the disclaimer content
