To change the sender address of bounces messages or notifications messages created by Postfix do the folowing

- On the left menu, click on "messaging" link
- On the new interface, click on "Routing & network"
- Select SMTP Notifications icon
Change the email address of each "Sender" field according a real user or a dedicated fully qualified email address
