This feature will manage mailman distribution list. 
With this feature you can play with mailman list very easly
- Select Messaging/Index section.
- Click on Routing & network tab
- Click on the Mailing List Manager (mailmain) icon
- A new popup is diplayed.
- Click on Global Mailman settings (this operation will defenitively update artica with mailman)
- Define your prefered uri if the default uri is not usefull for you.
Adding your first Mailing list.
- Select Manage Distribution List tab.
- Click on the Add a New List icon
- A new popup is displayed
- Enter the distribution List name.
- Select the SMTP domain.
- Set an user that will be in charge of manage this distribution list. (the user must exists on the artica database)
- On the right pan, select your new mailing list
- On the left pan mailing list informations are displayed.
- Click on the second icon in order to build the robot on the Artica database.
- Once robots are created, select the first icon in order to access to mailman Administrator web page.
- In this Mailman Administrator page, you will be able to personnalize the mailing list.
