This feature is enabled of you use the 1.3.022101 version with patch Patch 1132 or latest Artica version 

The template file can specify templates for failed mail, delayed mail, successful delivery or for address verification.

These templates are named failure_template, delay_template, success_template and verify_template, respectively.

Access to the Postfix Templates area

• Go to Messaging/Index section 
• Click on Routing & network tab
• Select SMTP Notifications Icon
• On SMTP Notification screen, select  Templates Tab

•  Select the postfix template you want topersonalize.
• Once the template modified click on Edit Button.
• Don't forget to click on Save & Apply your policies under Messaging section to make modifications in production mode.
