Round robin DNS is a technique of load distribution, load balancing, or fault-tolerance provisioning multiple, redundant Mail Protocol service hosts.

If Artica is installed has a gateway and you want to provide this feature do the following:

  • Go into your organization and select "Manage SMTP domains"
  • On the new screen, click on "Add A new relayed Domain".

  •  On the new screen, set the new domain name you want to relay and give the "Name server" (not ip address) that will handle multiple IP addresses.
  • Click on Add button

Your new domain is added in the relayed domains list.

  • Now, click on the domain row.
  • Click on Round Robin link at the top-right of the screen.

In the Add a TCP/IP address field, add the differents IP addresses you want Postfix to reach when sending a mail for this domain
