Go into "Manage Organizations" in the left pan, select your organization and the "Manage Users Groups" option.

 Choose youruser group in the list field and select "Members" to see your users.
Click on one user and click on the "Recipient Email Address Translations" button.
In the "Change the eMail address:" fill the eMail address you want mails sent to your choosen user
