Installing and set the plugin Kaspersky Antivirus For SendMail Milter

This topic explain how to install and manage the Antivirus for Postfix developped by Kaspersky Lab INC

1) Installing Kaspersky Antivirus For SendMail Milter

  • On the top bar, click on "Manage Your server"
  • A new screen is displayed
  • Click on Artica applications icon

 

 

On the Applications Setup Center area, click on the  Install Or upgrade button of the same "Kaspersky Antivirus milter" line 

 

 

2) First global settings

  • Once installed,
  • Click on "Messaging" located on the left menu
  • Select "security" tab
  • Click on Kaspersky Antivirus Milter





 

  • A new screen is displayed.
  • Select the "Default antivirus rule" tab
  • Set the desired settings and apply these settings by clicking on "Edit" button

To see if the product hook postfix correctly, you can see statisics on the Antivirus scanning flow

 

3) Create a specific rule for a group.

  • Go to into your group Organization area.
  • select the desired group 
  • click on Mail:Anti-spam & Antivirus tab
  • Click on "Antivirus" icon 
 
  • The second part of the web page show you the antivirus settings for this group
  • Personalize settings according your needs
