Postfix accept to scan the content of headers in mails and perform operations when matching regex patterns.
You may want to scan the Header and/or Body of the Message for UCE Texts.
Note that you cannot whitelist a sender or client in an access list to bypass header or body checks.
Header and body checks take place whether you explicitly "OK" a client or sender, in access lists, or not.
the artica feature modify the content of headers_check value in /etc/main.cf file.
All rules are stored in ldap server and saved on the system disk when you execute "SAVE & APPLY YOUR POLICIES".
Select on the left menu "Postfix/Global SMTP rules"
Artica can help you for creating/see examples rules by importing more than 1700 regex rules by clicking on the "import predefined rules" icon.
If you have more than 10 rules, the user interface shows you rules by page number. You can type the pahe number you want to read or search specifi keywords on the bottom field in the section.
To add a rule click on the green cross in order to see the editing rule form.
- The first list set the postfix action when your pattern rule match.
- The second list help you by adding the smtp header field in you pattern.
- On the field "log" set the text that will be returned to the client that send email. This infomation will be stored in postfix mail log.
When saving rule, d'ont forget to apply your settings in order to make it in production mode.
