This feature is enabled since 1.3.021700 version
Usually the quarantine manager is displayed on each user connection area.
This feature allow Organizational administrator or SuperAdmin to query the quarantine area and resend mails.
- Go into your organization or click on the Quarantine Manager on the left pan.
- A new popup is displayed with a form to query mails stored in quarantine area
- You can use the star "*" character to query recipient or in the pattern
- The pattern will search strings in the entire mail.
- If you click on a mail, you can see it's content and release it by clicking on the "Release" button
