In some cases, it is difficult to explain to users how to create rules with artica front-end.
Artica allow you to build a specific rule in order to move all SPAM mails into their Junk Mailbox folder.
With this feature, it is not necessary to explain to users how to create this kind of filter.
- To display this feature, go into your groups management area.
- Chose "Advanced options" tab
- Click on "Mailbox filters" tab
- A new screen is displayed
- If you turn to green and click on Edit button artica will perform these operations:
- A new filter to move all spams in Junk folder will be added in all acounts stored by this group.
- For each new user created in this group, artica will add the filter automatically.
