This artica explain you how to provide Out Of Office Management for end-users trough RoundCube and Artica.
You need RoundCube 3.x and Cyrus-imap installed on your server.
- On the left menu, choose Messaging/Main Parameters
- Select MailBoxes Tab and choose RoundCube WebMail system icon
- On the RoundCube area, choose Settings tab
- Click on MailBox filters plugin icon.
- Turn to green the red Circle.
Go into the webmail section and logon has an user.
Select settings icon and choose Filters tab
Click on New Filter on the bottom-left side
- Give the filter name,
- Click on all messages checkbox.
- Select in the drop-down list the "Out of Office Message" option.
