Junk Learning robot on your Mailboxes

This feature is active if your artica version is up to 1.3.022800

Junk learning allow artica to parse users mailboxes Spam/Junk folders in order to get mails stored and send it to Spamassassin for spam learning.

Each mail stored in spam/junk mailbox folder will be analyze in order to increase the Spamassassin detection rate. After analyze themailbox folder, all mails will be deleted.

This feature is usefull to:

  • Empty the Junk folder on mailboxes.
  • Increase the spamassassin behavior depends of spam passed trought filters

 

Enable Spam learning on maliboxes

  • Select an user and click on the Mailbox tab
  • On the toolbox, choose "Junk Learning" option.
  • Turn the circle to green in order to enable the robot on the user mailbox
 

 

 

Define the schedule time for execution

 

  • Go to Messaging/Index section
  • Select "Filters (Anti-spam..." tab
  • Select "Amavisd-new" icon

 

 



  • On the amavisd-new screen area select SpamAssassin Features.
  • On SpamAssassin Features, click on Junk Learning Schedule icon 
  • Select the number of minutes each the robot will be executed to fetch Junks folders
