If cyrus failed to start or it's databases are corrputed, you have tools in order to repair it's content.
- Go to Messaging/Index section
- Select "Mailboxes" tab
- Choose "Cyrus-imap MDA system" icon
On the Cyru-imap section page,
- Select Tools Tab
- select one of icons that handle some repair operations.
