With artica you will be able to schedule sending a quarantine report for each user stored in your organization.
It is useful in order to not force users to connect to Artica front-end each day to see if a production message is saved in quarantine area.
If you want this feature, you need to enable it.
- Select your organization in order to open the main organization panel.
- Click on Quarantine Manager icon.
- On the Quarantine Manager windows, click on Quarantine reports icon.
On the Quarantine Reports windows
- Turn to green the circle in order to enable the feature.
- eMails are sended each day, so define the schedule time generation reports.
- Define the number of days the report will generate the quarantine list.
- Personnalize titles and sender email address.
- Click on apply button.
Testing the quarantine report generation.
if you don't want to wait the expected time, open a linux console and do this command line :
php5 /usr/share/artica-postfix/exec.quarantine.reports.php [orgnization name]
if your organization is named as 'company' do
php5 /usr/share/artica-postfix/exec.quarantine.reports.php company
