This feature is available on Artica 1.3.080400
It allow you to add an email address in charge of receive user's requests according their quarantine area.
If you set a Quarantine Robot, when Internal user send an email to the robot address a quarantine HTML report is generated in reply To
To add a quarantine robot :
Go into your organization and select the "Quarantine manager" icon.

in the quarantine Manager, select Quarantine Reports icon.

Define the settings about how the quarantine report must be generated.
Click on "On-Demand Reports" icon

In the new interface on the "Quarantine report robot" field, set the email address that handle your users requests.
