By default, the fetchmail program will download your ISP mails each 10 Minutes.
You can increase or reduce the frequency by this way :
- Go to messaging/index section
- Select Mailboxes tab
- Click on "Fetch yours mails" icon
On the new screen "Fetchmail Remote-mail Retreival", select Daemon settings.
Define the Daemon pool value in click on "Submit" button
Don't forget to click on "Save & Apply your policies" to make your settings in production mode
