You can perform "global" importation of your externals mailboxes.
This feature allows you to schedule the importation process too.
"The importation process should consume performances, so be careful with this feature"
- On the user account section, choose "Import & Synchronize External mailbox"
- Click on the add button to create a new entry.
- Give necessaries informations of the external mail server and credentials of you external account.
- When parameters are saved you can see them in a list.
- This list allow you to verify if the task is running, to launch the task or schedule it.
