You need to define what will be the operations that amavis will do when it encounter spam behavior.
- Click on the Amavis icon
- Select Filter behavior icon
- Define the different operation for a virus detection, a banned attached file detection, a spam and when a email header did not correspond to a standard email.
The Enable External rules allow you to allow user to not send email trought Internet if the option is enabled in the user settings form.
