By default when you add a new user in Artica, the user is not automatically activated on the File Sharing system.
You need to specify that the user can be connected to the Samba domain and have access to file sharing service :
- Â Select the user settings and click on "File Sharing" tab
- On the left side, click on "Group Privileges"
- The "Group Privilges" section allow you to add the user in file sharing standard groups that will handle your users.
If Artica server is a PDC (Primary Domain Controller) choose Domain users.
