Some screen shots are in French, web pages are available in several languages according the default language set in the browser
If Search Engine is enabled, your users have 2 ways to search documents trough Artica.
The first is to add a "Search connector" directly on their browser.
The second is to logon on their management interface in order to search documents.
- Connect trough the end-user interface has an user
- Click on "Storage" Tab
- Select the "Search documents" icon.
- On the new interface set words you want to find in the server and press "Enter key"
If user is allowed to download file, it will be able to click on the title to get more informations and to download file "ACCORDING IT HAVE THE SYSTEM RIGHTS"
