this feature is availbale with artica 1.3.111122 version.
At allow you to perform remote deployment on windows workstations trought Artica.
You need first to install "Remote windows execution" tool trough Setup Control center.
- You need to create a new page and insert a new icon
- Create a new page and click on "Add a new widget"
Select Network in the drop-down list and choose "Softwares Storage Center"
- "Softwares Storage Center" will help you to build a packages repository.
- Click on the new add icon "Softwares Storage Center"
Select "Add a New Software"
- Give a description and browse your local hard drive to select the executable or the zip compressed file you want to deploy.
- The new package will be added on your repository list.
Your a now be able to create remote deployment task for a computer.
Open the "browse" computers list and select your computer.
On the computer windows information, click on "Network ressources" tab
Select "Remote Install" icon
- A new windows is diplayed and show you all tasks scheduled for this computer.
- Click on Add a new Deploy Task
- On the task parameters, choose the package you have added,
- Define the command-line Artica will execute after push the package on the remote workstation.
Once saved, the task will be executed, you will see a status in the tasks list.
