You need to specify which computer is filtered with which rule.
Without this set, your computer will be filtered with the "default" rule without your parameters.
A computer is defined by it's TCP/IP address.
You can set one computer or a computer group defined by a TCP/IP range.
- Go into Dansguardian area and select the IP Address Authentication icon
- A new form is displayed that allow you to add a new object.
- Define the object by selecting if it is a range or it is a single IP address.
- After adding the IP address or the range, define which rule will be applied to .
- If the value is correctly saved, you will see it in the rule table.
- Do a Save & Apply policies to apply settings to DansGuardian Â
