How to create a Mail/Proxy/File server ?
In several cases, Linux products are stable, powerful, have better performance, are free of charge... etc, etc...
But installing, managing and maintaining these products requires some Linux knowledge...
People who start Linux do not have necessarily time and knowledge to quickly provide a complete SMTP/IMAP/Proxy/File server for their company.
Artica For Postfix is a sofwtare/distribution designed to reduce the cost in order to create and manage a full Linux server.
The free existing Web consoles for Postfix  in particular do not provide all the available features in a "sexy way".

Get "dedicated appliances", your are free to test or use them !!!

ISO Appliance are designed to provide a specific service in 5 minutes.

Each appliance are available in 32 or 64 bits and are based on Debian6.

The install process is very simple : Put the CD on the computer, accept the install and wait.

For larger disks, the setup should take long time while formatting disk.

You can connect on the appliance by SSH using root and "artica as password.
Use the account "Manager" and "secret" to login on the web console page that run on 9000 SSL port

Artica For Postfix Appliance

Artica For Postfix is a dedicated system that handle Postfix mail server.
With this appliance you will be able to create a strong Anti-Spam/Anti-Virus mail gateway or mailbox server using Cyrus-imap and RoundCube has the Webmail.
It use the 2 Major Postfix features "PostScreen" has the new anti-spam engine from Postfix team and the multiple postfix instances features.
With the multiple postfix instance feature, you will be able to create unlimited SMTP server in order to serve multiple organizations.
Many security features are available (DKIM,Greylisting,fetchmail,load-balance...).
You are free to test it!!!.

Artica For Zarafa Appliance

Artica For Zarafa is a dedicated system that handle Zarafa mail server.
Zarafa provides open source email and calendar groupware software.
Zarafa is the nr 1 MS Exchange replacement with outlook and mobile compatibility

Artica For Samba Appliance

Artica For Samba Appliance is an Open source ISO based on Debian 6 that create a full NAS/File server using LDAP system with all necessaries features.
With this appliance, you will be able to create a File Server or a BDC connected to your Active Directory.

It helps you create simple shares or complex shares using ACLs.
You will be able to install in one click OCS Inventory in order to transform your server on a full workstation management/inventory system.
It can act has a DHCP/WINS/DNS server too.

Artica Load-balancer Appliance

Artica Load-Balancer is load balance and fail over appliance for TCP based services.
it is usable for HTTP(S), SSH, SMTP, DNS, etc..
This appliance is typically located between network clients and a farm of servers.
It designed to dispatches client requests to servers in the farm so that processing load is distributed.

Artica For Squid Appliance

Artica For Squid is a system that provide a sexy Web Ajax interface in order manage a full Proxy Appliance With Squid 3.2 and urls filtering using UfdbGuard or DansGuardian without any technical skills.
It provides many statistics and features in order to manage Internet bandwith.
